Have you purchased the download version of the simplistic regurgitation of information available on the Intellibiz website? I hope that you did not make the mistake of ordering their overpriced printed materials. Did you believe their fraudulent “Guaranteed $100,000 Income” lie?  

First, they claim to be a Christian organization to lure in the overly trusting, often naive Christian population. Just have ONE communication with "Chuck, the administrator" and you may discover first hand that is not the case. (Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.) I will make copies of the email conversation with him available to anyone who doubts this point - including any Attorney General investigators. In my opinion, they hide their true thieving nature behind claims of Christianity and non-profit status. May I suggest you contact the IRS with your anecdotal evidence to add your voice to the effort to revoke their tax-free status? In addition, I was informed that tax-free companies MUST provide copies of their financial report to any member of the public who requests it. If you request copies, and they refuse, I understand their tax-free status can be revoked.  

Secondly, I did not find anything fresh you could not gain free by a simple trip to the library. They have expanded about 100 pages of generalized information into their claimed "600+ pages" by putting about a paragraph of information on each page and calling it a chapter. Their so-called contract software delivers what I believe to be public domain agreements you can find easily on the internet – free!  

Third, as far as their claims at "lifetime mentoring" and "Mentors are unpaid volunteers, and each one mentors HUNDREDS of students”. I hope for their sake that they can verify their claims, but, having worked for the former Attorney General of the State of Washington, I have a feeling they cannot – we will see. I have disputed their charges with VISA. I have filed complaints with the BBB, the Maine Attorney General, and the IRS to review their non-profit status due to potentially fraudulent activity. Fraud is still a felony, even in Maine, and a Federal felony when done in conjunction with tax evasion. I hope these people look good in orange!  

I believe that they do not allow refunds because they know their material is dated (20 years old), overly simplistic and generalized. To quote "Chuck": "If we were to accept your warped logic, everyone on the internet could order our materials, download them, then simply ask for a refund - they would literally steal our materials and that would bankrupt ANY business." NOT if the material had any real value. Statistically, the request for refunds on constructive content is usually less than 3 percent. Are you getting a sense of his derisive attitude and self-awareness that their material might be crap?  

My recommendation: Stay away from this company at all costs because I have no doubt that they will rip you off too!
