Invent HELP Tim Kilburn i saw a tv ad concerning this company's desire to help anyone with a new invention idea. i decided to take a chance and send in my name and number thru their web site.  He is also wanted for fraud in Florida. So thank you you helping me avoid, at least, a wasted day and at most, a LOT of money. So I cancelled my appointment and I hope you catch the guy! Hoover Alabama

 i saw a tv ad about InventHelp and figured that surely a scam wouldn't be advertized on regular tv. So i went to their web site at www.inventhelp.com and filled in my name and contact number. I was contacted a few days later by a woman who asked me four generalized questions, nothing personal, just my personal intentions for the product. Then she gave me detailed driving directions to the Hoover office of Tim Kilburn and an appointment. She said that my husband had to come with me. That sent up a red flag besides being kind of insulting. I told her that he had to work out of town and since it was the end of the year, he had no more vacation days left.

She asked me who made the decisions about the invention. I thought, why was she asking me this? Didn't I fill in my name? Wasn't she talking to me? I don't know, maybe I was being too sensitive but it bothered me. I accepted the appointment time and she told me it was okay if my husband didn't come ........ very reluctantly. So i immediately began researching Tim Kilburn and InventHelp ad came across another complaint about the man's same name and same company name and an alias from Florida. That is too much for these not to be connected. Plus, there is a warrant out for fraud for them. So thank you, guy from 2008 for taking the time to write your complaint cause you saved me time and money.
