Invent Help Thomas Gregory ripped me off! i got no paper work back. I was told i would be paying for a pat search and for the marks and i got nothing. they took my money and more importatly they do not live by the satisfaction or your money back. Pittsburg PA Nationwide

I called invent help so I can get the proper assistance on my invention. I was sent the paper work to fill out and fax back. Low and behold i would never hear anything back except to be told I was late on a first payment. Once I cleared all future payments again I did not hear anything nor did i get my research and pat. Today I called and let them know again i had not recieved anything. I was then told today I did not pay for the Pat. and in fact i paid for the basic package. I did not pay for basic i paid for what I was told I would be paying for. At this point its been way too long. I paid for a servie. I had hoped it would be from start to finish but i was sadly mistaken.

I at this point want my money in full with late fees at $30 a month in late fees like they tried to charge me.
