WARNING!!!! this person is an Ebay scammer. Ebay user name Takeitnow! I guess the user name gives it away. Her real name is Jenny lee from Ontario Canada. She will buy small items have the seller ship the item then make a report to pay-pal and get her money back .Anyone on ebay who sells to this person should beware. This user is a scammer....... She got a 50.00 gift card from me and claimed she never got it. And of course Ebay or Pay-pal does not favor the seller. The dispute is in process. If you are a buyer or sell on Ebay Beware of this user.

Here is the solution to protect yourself on Ebay. It is what I do every time.

When selling on Ebay you must protect yourself by beating the scammers at thier own game.

Here are the rules I live by as an Ebay seller.

1. Every listing gets a disclaimer such as this:
"Not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit".
"Please purchase the insurance available".

2. Any item over 20 bucks gets sent with signature confirmation. Period. No exceptions. It costs $1.80.

For best results, Use ONLY Priority Mail with Signature confirmation or Delivery Confirmation depending on the price of the product. Buy your postage and print your labels directly from the USPS website.

This is because the one offered by PayPal/Ebay is NOT an official USPS site and cannot be tracked enroute, regardless of what others tell you. They use this system to protect themselves, NOT for your "convenience".

And, I do not offer refunds on anything.
If you want a return/refund , go shop at WalMart or Sears!

I have had these scammers try that BS with me. That is why I document everything, and put all of the disclaimers I can IN MY LISTING!!

Would you mind e-mailing me your E-bay screenname? I was scammed out of two $100 Brooks Brothers gift cards by this person. Total scam artist. Never called me about why the gift cards supposedly didn't arrive. The two gift cards, shipped two weeks apart, were used for the same transaction.

PayPal tolerates this BS.

My e-mail is beachlokal@yahoo.com. same as my e-bay screen name, I would greatly appreciate the help.

Ebay did remove their account for now. Pay-Pal is going to make good on the chargeback. If you are a seller beware of this Person, she is a total scammer.
