Jewelry by ezra ripoff Lost money order, never returned calls or e-mails New York New York

I won 2 of their auctions on E-Bay. The very next day (Friday) I purchased 1 money order for the wininngs. I went the extra distance and sent it priority mail with delivery confirmation at an extra cost to me, so they would have their money ASAP.

I tracked the money order and according the the USPS it was delivered to the proper address the folowing Monday. I e-mailed them to cnfirm that they received since I knew it was delivered. After many e-mails and weeks, they said they never received it.

I finally got through by telephone and was promised a call back at the end of that week to see if it was found. Well they never called cme back. I left at least 4 messages in the following weeks not to mention numerous e-mails to their complaint dept. This all stated March 12 and it is now May 3. They keep sending me notices that I better pay of they will cancel my order.

I finally had enough and went to the Post Office and filed an inquiry to where the mo is at another expense to me.

I did everyhting I was supposed to and they don't even have the courtesy to contact me. There are many negative feedbacks on their EBay record. They should be stopped ripping people off.
