Jim Walters is poorest organized company I have dealt with. They use second grade material although they promise it is top of the line. DO EVER consider building with it. I made the mistake. IT WAS NIGHTMARE AFTER ANOTHER. One broken promise after another. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!

I too was ripped off by JIm Walters industeries my home was built in august 2008 and to this date has never been finishd this place has been a revolving door with one jack lag afer another coming and going this place has been leveled three times in eight months and still unfinished myself and so far eight other people have hired MR Hector P Gonzalez of Alice Texas and he can help you too his number is 361-668-0325 he has been going to court against jim walters and walter industeries since 1979 and knows what he is doing we have rights let him fight for you too
please feel free to call me and talk to me as well dont let them get away with this crime

They are nothing more than a high grade mobile home company. It is important to know the types of grade of lumber and materials because you can upgrade, but unless you makes sure they use them they won't. We looked into this company and quickly crossed them off our list. I wish you the best.
