 My wife ordered and paid for merchandise from JKM Ribbons in February of 2014 and has not received anything as of June 2014. Only emails with excuses. JKM Ribbons states no refund, only store credit, and still does not honor the credit.

 In June 2014 my wife contacted New Jersey Better Business Bureau and shortly afterwards she received a full refund from JKM Ribbons
