John Casablancas On 3/28/08 John Casablancas center set us up for a rip off Miami Florida

On 3/28/08 We was called for an audition by Ms. Angel and after the audition we was told to come back on 3/29/08 and on 3/29/08 we spoke to Ms. Angel and she told us that my two girls and my son need more experience in modeling and commercial business. As explain to me that i need $1,926.00 for each child and i explain to her at this moment that i don't have it and she insisted that i could $300.00 down and $60.00 a week i told her i dont have it at the moment and she said if i wanted to save a spot for my daughter the only way to save a spot for one of the kids which is my oldest daughter is by paying $150.00 and she said by paying the $150.00 she can start classes on 4/5/08 but we would have to pay on 4/4/08 and the next day i had a car accident and i told my girlfriend to call Ms. Angel to let her know that sirena will not be able to make the class because my car is total and she said that i must not worry about it because i did not pay the $150.00 yet. So i called her back and told that my daughter is not going to make the class so i ask what i can do to get my money back and she said she will speak to her director and get back to me because she understand. from 4/4/08 to 4/24/08 they sent me a letter saying i owe them $463.00 so i called them to find out why i owe them $463.00 i was told it was for the classes that my daughter missed so i explained to angel that they sent me a letter and why they sent me the letter and i did not pay the other $150.00 yet i was told by her that my daughter was not going to be enrolled in class until the other $150.00 was payed and she said she is going to take care of if a day later the instructor called and i explained to her that i owe them $150.00 and she can not start classes until that is paid and she said she did not know so she said she is going to put a note on ms. angel desk so every time they called its about how much i owe them. So the last person i spoke to i told them i want to cancel my contract for the $150.00 so she told me i would still have to pay the $463.00 and i said can i ask a question? i ask like i how i don't have the $150.00 to pay. Is you going to let my daughter start the classes with out me paying? and her reply was no after she said no she hung up then i called back to speak to ms. angel she told me ms. angel is not in so i left my number for her to call me and she never called me back so two days later i called and finally i get her so i ask ms. angel what is going on she asked about what? i said a bill i received for $463.00 she said she can drop the amount to $267.00 then i ask her how i'm going to pay it when the agreement was she told me with out the $150.00 my daughter can not start class he said since they sent me the bill she said i just have to pay it so i told her i want to cancel because that not why i sign the contract so she said i will have to write a letter and after i write the letter i would not have to pay any thing. So i told her i suppose to get my $150.00 back because the agreement was in order for my daughter to start the class i would have to pay $300 and $60.00 a week she said she would call me and she never did and on 4/24/08 i had to call 3x's to speak to her and when i finally spoke to her i ask her why i'm still getting all thease bills she said she spoke to the person who is responsible for the finace department and she will transfer me to her when i spoke to her she was rude a disrespectful and when i ask for her name she did not even tell me her name i explain to her she said she know and i still have to pay $463.00 i ask to speak the onwer, corporation, and headquarters and she told me theres no owner then i asked her to give me the number to the corporation and she said they are the corparation and the headquarters when i was told by an employee that they are a franchise and i said let me speak to someone who is over her and when this lady who name is laura got on the phone she litery cursed me out and said she run things and she said you have to pay me my money or you will be talking to my collection agency and she did not give me any time to talk so she hung up the phone so if there any one that can help me please do so my mother passed away 8 months ago i got 4 kids and its very hard all i was trying to do is make something out of life so by these people trying to have there collection agency to rip me off and mes up my credit so please im asking some one to help me.
