I have transactions that failed on the JPAY website, but were debited from my account. JPAY customer service claims that my bank refused the transaction and that's why it failed. For one thing, I entered the transaction correctly all three times. It failed twice and was successful once, but they debited my account all three times. I asked why the account was debited if the bank rejected the transaction. They do not give a satisfactory anwer.
JPAY Customer service said my bank account will be credited for the failed transactions within 10 days. What happened is they tricked me into loaning them money ($113.90) for 10 days at no cost to them. I'm sure this occurs on a wide scale, is profitable, and is illegal.

Although customer service said "up to 10 days", they credited my account the same day as the erroneous debits. Don't know if this report helped or not. Thanks jpay!
