Just Energy us energy misrepresented promised me savings instead my bill more than doubled!! Internet

someone from just energy aka. us energy savings came to my door over the summer claiming to offer me savings on my energy bill at no cost and a fixed rate,he did also say it was better for the enviroment.

i said ok sounds good i think most of us are up to saving money these days.so i signed up for it. well that was a big mistake,when i got my first bill with them as my suppliers my bill more than doubled!!my electric went from 6 cents per kwh to 13 cents per kwh.and my gas supply went from 61 cents per kwh to 1.23 per kwh!!!

 i couldnt believe my eyes i had been ripped off!!i called the company and cancelled immediately and also demanded they subtract these additional charges they refused and someone of the many i spoke with just kept saying well you signed the "agreement""!!

i also complaned to the attorney general but all they do is send a copy of my complaint to the energy company. the energy company sent me a statement saying that there contract clearly explains their services.and that they cancelled without charging me exit fees!! what nerve i hope by me doing this something can come about they are scam artists and take advantage of good people
