Just Flowers Unhappy with Substitutions-lillies are not the same as Roses. There is no substitution for Yellow Roses. Internet

I ordered a basket of Yellow Roses for my sister's funeral.  Yellow roses were her favorite flowers. When I arrived at the funeral visitation, I was so dissapointed. They had sent lillies and chrysanthemums in a very plain basket.

I called and told them the arrangement was NOT satisfactory. They said the arrangement was already delivered to the funeral home. They wanted to know if it would be ok to change the arrangement and maybe send it to the home after the funeral.  I said that would Not be satisfactory.

When I got to the funeral the arrangement had been changed somewhat.  They had added 1 dozen yellow roses to the other flowers. That still wasn't what I wanted.

The arrangement was priced at $129.99. There were very high extra charges $25.97. Total price was $155.96.  They did give me a $10.00 coupon credit.

They have a substitution policy they use this if they cannot get in contact with you.  I had given them 2 different numbers.  I had my cell phone with me all the time.  They did Not contact me before the substitutions were made.  I will NOT use them again.
