The dept of wage and labor only stands behind the 7.35 hr law so you are screwed. My lastcheck after running my butt off not gettingmyhometime and after having over 200.00$ worth ofthings stolen out of my truck I was sent a check for 155.00  Im notgoing to give up asthis company runs off of people they screw out of pay,the ones thatactually dont get to see their families and have to put up with foul mouthed little punks as dispatchers. If you want min wage go here or to a burger joint where you can at least see your family daily. There has to be a way to stop these crooks and yes Kory you are one gay crook.  I am doing this for a friend as I am retired so I have the time on my hands to find laws they have broke and believe me, they may have gotten around by paying min wage but that only goes to show what and who they are. I will find the laws they have broken. Starting with why their company csa scores cannot be pulled up.  Also keep an eye on fb to also go against their unethical practices    This is also why they run electrical logs because you have no record of what they owe you.
