Kittyhawk Realty Inc. BEWARE OF THIS REALTY COMPANY Springfield, Ohio

Kittyhawk Realty Inc of Springfield, OH had a house for rent $800.00.  Then came the strange emails where they acted as the owner of the property and signed the email "Kitty".  The story they push on you is- they are the owner of the property and moved away because Kitty"s husband is a pastor in another part of Ohio.  The email is loaded with all kinds of God bless and may God keep you safe and so on.  Money is not there main concern, they just want good tenants.  Something was just not right about the tone of the emails so I started to do a little digging about the rental address and Kittyhawk Realty.  Kittyhawk Realty does not answer there phone, always an answering machine.  They don't call you back when you request they do, which is a big red flag!  You can only look at the rental property from the outside.  The last email I got from this realty company has changed the price from $800.00 to $1,000.00 and no explanation as to why.  The classic bait & switch.  The rental house is really owned by an individual in Fremont, NE.  At least that is what the assessor's office has it as.  When you Google the rental address you get several listings for this address, house for rent.  The rental price is $1,350 a month so my guess is once you move in the price is going up.  The photos of the house is nothing like the interior of the house now.  The home really is a dump and smells like pet urine when you first walk in.  The deal was the utilities were included but I guess now that was a lie as well.  When I asked to view the interior of the home again, I only got in because there was a nice person cutting the grass who had the key, I was told I could not get inside the home until I signed an agreement.  So many red flags with this realty company and when I found the other complaints online..... beware of this rip-off.
