Kittyhawk Realty Inc. Douglas Harshman Ripped off $1,600.00 never mailed contracted never answered phone after taking my money Springfield , Ohio

KittyHawk Realty Inc. Doug and Shannon took $1,600.00 down payment secrity deposit on a home for rent. Doug never asked for paycheck stubs which I found strange at first. He had us sign a contract and had to have deposit at the time of signing and he needed 1st months rent when moving it and getting the key. Well after we met to sign the contract which he said we need to so he could take the home off the list. The curraint attendents was still living in the home so we had to wait till the end of Feb. He asked for a money order for secrity deposit. After we gave him the money order and signed the paper for the home he said he would mail us copys of the contract and we would have it by the time we move in. Well over a month later we never resived the copy of the contract nor did he ever return our phone calls. When we asked him if we could go to his office to sign the contract he stated that it was to far away and he would just meet us at the house or our home. Well weeks and a month went by with out him calling us back after leaving multiple messages we resived a letter stating that they took our 1,600.00 for the first months rent... We never even got the keys to move in. Im contacting a lawer and im going to make a police report. BEWARE of this PLACE!!!!!  They take your money and never call you back or give you the keys to move in!!!
