L & W Investigations Lyons & Wolivar Scam Franchise, Don't Get Fooled Westborough, Massachusetts

L & W Investigations is a consummate ripoff. Neal Lyons sells franchises to unqualified people, let's them run them for a year when they have no sales, and then cancels the franchise. This is a violation of the franchise agreement, but it isn't even registered in most states.

Lyons does this so he can go and resell the franchise, and then repeat the process. Court records show that he has canceled and been sued by 35 franchises. Most franchises bought after Lyons had been sued multiple times, but he never discloses that even though required by law.

The people that sue him are faced with the most unethical SO they have ever seen. Lyons uses every low life trick in court you have ever seen. Even worse is his lawyer, Gary King, who should have been disbarred years ago. He used every trick in the world in court to ruin the franchisees.

Even worse is when Lyons admits guilt, it gets handed over to his insurer, apparently he has the cheapest policy ever bought. Lyons always loses in court, but his policy only has enough money to pay a few thousand dollars per franchisee (who have each lost $200,000 plus). Lyons has been hiding his money for years in trusts set up for his disabled daughter. I can't think of anything lower than using the disabled as part of a scheme to cheat people out of their savings.

This is not surprising. E erything about Lyons is dishonest. Every word of his resume is fake. He never played football, never worked for Reebok, never went to the schools he claims, isn't a pilot, every word is a lie. He just likes to cheat people out of their last dollar.

Every word of this is in the court record. Lyons tries hard to hide it, but a good google search should find it all. Stay away, you will lose everything.
