La Dermanique There's nothing free about the 30 day free trial! Internet

La Dermanique offered a "Free 30 day Trial"  for only the shipping cost of $4.95.  It ended up costing me $97.88 for the month's supply of the product.  A recipient of the free 30 day trial has only 14 days from the day of the order to contact the company and say "No" to the product so please don't order at night because you will have even less time to try to notice any difference.  And, heaven forbid if you live in an area with slow delivery service. 

When I pointed out to the customer service representative that the terms were not listed on the page offering the "free trial"  she emphatically said that it was in the same size font as the statement making the free offer.  However, this is NOT so.  I did not even have to check an "agreement with terms" box to make the order.  Then, if you did go so far as to click on the terms at the bottom of the page in small font, one will discover the details about cost of $97.88 if one fails to contact the company before the 14th day of the trial. 

The customer service representative said that there is NOTHING FREE ABOUT IT when I asked where the free part of the free 30 day trial is?  Unless you are interested in spending almost $100 for a month's supply of the serum, please save yourself a month's supply of frustration by avoiding this deceptive company.
