The jewelry they sell is only costume jewelry, yet priced nearly as high as fine jewelry. They won't stand behind their product like they claim they will. I bought a pair of earrings and matching pendant. It was several hundred $$. They pendant broke. I took it back with the original receipt and box (!), yet they said they did not recognize it and refused to repair or replace it. This sounds ILLEGAL to me!!!

I also spent over $1,200 on a matching set of earrings, bracelet and ring. The ring turned out to be 1/2 size too small. I wore the ring for 24 hours because I could not get it off right away. They would not exchange it for a 1/2 size larger because they claimed the ring was scratched!!! What a scam!!!! The band is platinum and platinum cannot be resized. I am stuck with a ring worth a few hundred $$ that they won't even exchange!!!

I have heard many complaints from others about Landau as well. Do NOT waste your $$ there. They are rude and advertise falsely. In addition I read they filed for Ch. 11 on March 8, 2009. BEWARE!!!
