so after my direct mail crashed and burnt thanks (4 calls on 10,000 pieces) to LRG's supposed "in house copywriters" I was wrongfully screamed at by car salesman Jesse Mullen after putting them in their place how outrageous their company is. They were stupid enough to send me a postal receipt that had a permit number belonging to their vendor - capital mail owned by Andy Cody...based out of Sacramento Yeah...you own a mail house and I own a ferrari. Thanks for ripping me off over 5000 bucks.

We do everything we can tp help clients when they have a unsatisfactory mail drop. Even though there are no guarantees on direct mail, we still attempt to look at every client and their response. We are very clear with clients that there are to many unknown variables to guarantee response.

In this case Atlas Marketing Partners was unhappy due to a data set Todd DiRoberto and Eric Peterson both selected, and a mailer they both approved. We generally don’t teach marketing companies how to design their own pieces, but we do have a wide breadth of industry experience which we try to share as a service to our clientele. 

After Eric and Todd had poor response, we had multiple solutions calls with them, Including management in the calls, and even did a drop for him at a profit loss to the company to attempt to keep his business. We emailed both at todd@atlasmarketingpartners.com and also epetersen2000@hotmail.com with multiple win-win solutions. We actually had to stop doing business with THEM, as they would call and abuse every person on our staff for 20-30 minutes at a time. 

At no point through this interaction were either of them yelled at, even though we were continually bashed by them. It is simply unfair to assume you can get a direct mail campaign situated after dropping two bare minimum drops. We even invested in his second drop for him....this was truly the wrong "marketing company" to try and take on direct mail. 

Regarding the postage receipt, we have partnerships and partial ownership in many print houses, as we are their marketing arm. We design the pieces and have the exclusive data and list product offerings, making a turnkey solution for clients to do direct mail. We give our clients a full solution and a quality product, at a price which is far lower then the competition, based on our bulk of clients. Between us and our partners, we are currently sending out 8 million black and white pressure sealed snap packs and envelope letter inserts per month. We also see they are now dropping through Capital Mail, at clients.atlasmarketingpartners.com. And we wish them luck. 

We are unable to keep every client happy, especially ones who aren't knowledgeable in direct mail. For every unhappy client whose expectations simply cannot be set, we have 40 clients who make a mint with our turn-key direct mail services. 

In Summary, we fell this client was simply the wrong fit. We attempted to help Atlas Marketing Partners start their business, and invested in their success, but nothing we did culd make them happy. I can only assume they have probably stopped offering marketing services as their website domain goes to Godaddy, it seems like we are not the only ones who could not figure out a way to build their business for them.

Rather than own up to their mistakes and offer a discount or perhaps a different data source, mail piece, or other 'help', they want to school you on why their mail campaign got only 4 responses and why it's your fault.... lol... these guys have major ethics problems.  Check out the BBB and other RO reports before working with them.  Total integrity and ethics issues.  The fact they didn't personally respond makes me laugh hard because de-nial is a river in egypt.  100% Bozo Marketing... and it goes all the way to the top of the organization if you want to call it that.
