These people and this company are a total rip off.  I paid $750 for an autodialer from them for "push one" advertising.  When I loaded it up and called for assistance they said using that service was illegal and that they could not help me.  They also explained that they do not do refunds nor would they credit my payment toward other services that they offered.  What the hell is wrong with these people???  I called Rocky 8 times and sent him emails but he never called me back.  I had to pretend I was a new customer to even get them on the phone to discuss it.  I was transferred to a voicemal box EVERYTIME I asked to speak with someone in charge about my issue but they NEVER called me back.  These people are thieves.  NEVER do business with this group.  You will get screwed.

Fraudulent Report

This report was originally reported in 2010, and we did not respond as we beilive this to be a fraudulent report. We are asking for more information to set the record straight.

We have an A Ranking with the BBB as we take every customer complaint seriously. Every one placed in a venue where we are able to resolve the issue that is. We do thousands of transactions per year so it is difficult to keep every client happy, but we do our best to hear every complaint and work with the client, even if they ask for a refund. 

To then respond to the comments above, if we had truly "Stolen" this amount of money, we would think we'd have a lot more of these types of companints. Which we dont.....So once again, we believe this to be a fradulent complaint. Unfortunatly, other marketing companies who see our success file these bogus complaints in order to damage credibility, without any substance behind them.  

We would appreciate this person coming forward and contacting us if this is a real complaint.

Lead Research Group, including Ryan Rasmussen and Matt Marsh, Anita Knight, Jamie Dietrich and the rest of their gang must be held accountable if they are ripping customers off and taking their money without providing value and then not issuing refunds when the client cannot or is unable to use the product.

I would first contact the attorney general of state in CA to file an ethics and business fraud complaint.  I would then file additional BBB report and send that report with the unanswered complaint to the FCC and FTC along with the FBI... between the 4 agencies and the unanswered BBB complaint/rip off report, they will have some questions to answer...

The best way to get revenge is to take them to small claims court.  It's an easy low cost filing and their lawyer from what I hear is not very bright....  They do not know how to litigate from what I hear and so you will have ease in getting a default judgement especially because you didn't get any value...

Matt Marsh and Ryan Rasmussen are not operating legally anyways and they need to be shut down.  They actually dont' know how to run the company and they have no ethics.

I heard they stole over $250,000 from clients that couldn't use the auto dialer that they sold... so instead of refunding the customers, they told the clients that the service agency had already been paid and pocketed that money!!  I hope they rot in hell where they belong!

I got the same experience. I don't believe them. I think they stole the money. Take them to small claims in your state so they have to go there to defend it.
