This complaint is extremely vague. With no reason or examples behind the claims, it makes it difficult to suggest how to fix the situation. All I can suggest is to contact customer care. If you feel that we were in the wrong in anyway, allow us a chance to remedy the situation.

We’re a legitimate company with thousands of satisfied customers. We take complaints seriously. With the large volume of current clients, and more coming in everyday, it’s expected that there will be a few here and there that have an issue. This is a rare occurrence, though. In fact only 1% of our clients have issues. Because we are concerned with our clients’ satisfaction, we have customer care to help mend alleviate that 1%’s concerns.

In most instances, the issue is nothing more than a misunderstanding.  We are accredited by the BBB, and are indeed a legitimate business- not a scam. In your particular instance, I recommend that you contact customer care. Let us attempt to mend whatever situation that made you come to these conclusions.
