Legal Zoom was nice and helpful up until they withdrew payment from my account Ater they were rude and their lies visible Los Angeles California

I placed an order for a trademark with Legal Zoom and was told the process would take 9 months or more due to how busy the trademark office is. It sounded understandable. When I called in for help, they were so nice and said all the right things and I was pleased. So I placed orders for 3 trademarks totalling just under $1500.00.

While entering these orders, I was told by their 800# customer service NOT to use any artwork of font if I wanted to just trademark the names and use them when and how I wanted. I was told NOT to be descriptive on the use of the names because it would be for clothing and that category covers itself. I believed this because their site really pushes the fact that it was created by lawyers and that all orders come with unlimited customer service. They promise that all documents will be reliable, etc. because they are all supposedly in the legal field, etc.

I did receive excellent service, until the money was collected. After that, I would get hung up on, I would be told that they don't do anything except write on the form what we ask them to. Then why advise me on how to fill the form out? After purchasing their products, they went from telling me that they would take the guesswork out of the legal forms to telling me that I was on my own and they are not my attorney, are not being paid to be my attorney, and to find help elsewhere. Then they offered to "refer" me to an attorney for help with the trademark orders. Yet on their website, they boast and brag about how much they will save you by not going through an attorney, just to sell you their service.

I could go on and on but I am stuck trying to figure out how to come up with the money again so that I can reapply. Save yourself the headache and financial stress and DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM!!!! They won't even stand behind their own 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!!!
