Loan Depot --People's Bank & Trust (AKA, in partnership with...); Online Refinance for my California residence. --Brian Rabenko, Loan Officer who dragged me on from Feb-July 2018, brabenko@peoplesbankusa.com/404-808-7882- Breach of contract (written and verbal, witnesses). Lies to limit my opportunities w other companies, changed terms after 5 months! [refi from FHA to Conventional March -July 2018], and STILL /People's Bank were behind in completion after TWO extensions of my FEMA Forbearance (and they changed most ALL terms by June/July!) Summary. Breach of contract, written and verbal, witnesses available. People's Bank of Loan Depot made constant lies over 5 months to string along my refinance from FHA to Conventional, dragged on from March -July 2018, and still Loan Depot- People's Bank was not done, after two extensions of my FEMA Forbearance, Federal Emergency Management Act 2018, and Loan Depot/People's Bank changed Terms of our written March loan docs, signed, completely in docs of June/July!  Breach of contract from verbal, and written, agreements of Loan docs, signed on March 21, 2018.

Compared to supposed temporary June Docs with changes. I complained of June changes and they said not final docs yet, stringing further along, then said Yes, that was their only offer, bad terms in June! Breach of contract, March: Verbal agreement to "Waive need for appraisal", in order to obtain my Refi business from other competing companies for my business. Breach of contract, June 26th: Written and signed agreement to Waive need for an appraisal on June 26th, 2018, docs they sent me to e-Sign, and I signed, returned to them, and they acknowledged they received, all this was in writing. Brian Rabenko of People's Bank claimed that Loan Dept required an appraisal, after all, that time from March. They dragged their feet over 5 months and now required an appraisal?  

Against our Contract!  More time to be lost. Loan Depot/People's bank discriminated against a Single Mother, and against the client who is a FEMA registered citizen due to the Calif Wildfire Disaster in early 2018.  I have a FHA loan, and there may be a statute of limitations that they broke on a time efficient refinance as well. Knowing I was FEMA disaster client w forbearance deadlines, Loan Depot/Peoples Bank misled me by making promises to refinance, and we signed papers March.  They dragged on from March (signing papers, then said temp only) through early July, still saying they needed more time, and they missed all Forbearance deadlines with my present Mortgage Co, to make the client desperate to refi with bad terms later?

 Then more lies by Loan Depot, and changed most of the terms against our verbal and written agreements.  They purposefully limited competition by limiting my opportunities with other companies. Their final terms changed to ridiculous terms, and did not satisfy the reasons the refinance was needed! They manipulated me, this client.  By July, they changed their Terms extremely from the original, and said they needed another month! But the Forbearance via FEMA, required of my present mortgage company, was already extended for People's Bank/Loan Depot TWICE. Loan Depot/People's Bank were liars, unprofessional, further damaged a FEMA victim and single woman more, and hurt me monetarily as well.  I am reporting their dishonesty to all concerned.
