loans inc. scott railly chased me down at a public place to talk about my loan and i pawned him my guns and jewelry which he held in office safe then had me take out the loan to pay him to get my guns and jewelry back. also talked to g&o finance gary about me to the point also i did about ten loans with him in the past years all this time him telling me this was building my credit report till we tried to buy a home to find out over eight years time he never filed a credit report not one now he sues me and wants to charge a legal fee of 2000. dollars meridian Mississippi

 to start i did my loans with loans inc. over eight years whole time scott is telling me this is building my credit report this is a lie he dont repoert . on my  next loan at the end i fell behind he talked me into pawning him my two pistols and some of my wifes jewelry which he held in his office when i went down to talk with him he did me a loan to repay to get my guns and jewelry back and charged me 44 percent rate .i was really ticked about him not reporting on my credit

so i did go to another loan co and got a small loan scott called gary at g&o by the time they got done talking and gary providing him with info on me then gary was just rude no law broken there but with scott every aplication i got at time of loan was blank i bet their not blank now . now he sues me and tries to charge me 2000. dollars or should i say the group of lawyers that supply his money for loans is wanting the court to charge me 2k for filing suit.
