Long Beach Acceptance Corp ripoff abused & mistreated deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam paramus New Jersey

I too was a victom of long beach acceptance corp. This company is far from a pleasant professional company as it say that it is. I can recall on several occasion when I have mailed a payment and it arrived a day late and they would call my house and harrass the hell out of me" WHERE IS THE MONEY FOR THE CAR", YOUR PAYMENT HAS NOT POSTED ON THE ACCOUNT, AND WE ARE GOING TO REPOSSESS YOUR CAR IF WE DON'T GET THE PAYMENT TODAY". These are not professional collection tactics, and when you are a day late this is what you need to go through.

When they speak to you, they are yelling as if you are across the country, it is simply abuse and they definetly need to be accounted for their action. My loan is at its maturity date and at the last minute the send me a statement indicating that i need to send late fees totaling over $400 dollars in which I was never aware of, it was never indicated on the statement that was sent out on the montly bases.

This company charges you a $30 dollar late every day that your payment has not posted to your account. So that would mean that if they are sitting on your check in their office and did not get around to posting it to your account they would charge you the $30 dollars late, unfair business practice.

The bottom line is that, if could start over I would not use long beach as a financing company and there would not be any second guessing on my part. My suggestion to anyone looking to finance a vehicle through Long Beach Acceptance Corp, run as fast as you can and take you house with you. It is not worth the hassle, aggravation, abuse, and interrogation that they put you through.
