Ltd Commodities I paid infull for an order, and received worong items, which were never replaced and I was not given my refund on thereturned items since september Internet

I placed a catalon order with LTD commodities and paid by check $201.05, When the items were shipped, they carton contained incorrect items, so I returned those items which were a pirate ship cat house, and 8 large snowflake lights.  I requested a replacement and LTD confirmed receiving these items  back to their wharehouse, and NEVER  replaced or refunded my money.  I tried to call them, fax them and email them, no results as of today.  I indicated that I needed the lights to decorate our store windows for Christmas, and still no reply.
