Like many other complaints, mine is exactly the same..After never buying into anything titled "Free Trial", I felt for once that it truly was only a trial and for a minimal fee, I would try it. There was no information/ instructions or agreements after they were willing to take my info to charge for S & H.
Nothing about future shipments at $88.97 PER MONTH!!!

Today I receive this automatic shipment wit 2 crumpled up 1/2 sheets with instructions on how to "cancel", while I also have been holding on the phone for hours and finally got through after all this time, only to be hung up on.

The websites for all three of these scams come from:

3600 Oceanview Blvd. #2, Glendale, CA

They are all run by the affiliate marketing scheme of KINETKA LABS

Kinetka Labs is a dba for a guy named Karlo Nazarian in Burbank, California.

Kinetka Labs is not a laboratory. The guy is not a doctor, scientist, or anything medical at all. He is an opportunist with a computer, and a fulfillment center that ships out for him.

If you are in Los Angeles, file against him in small claims court to get your money back.

If you are out of state then this could be construed as mail fraud which is a federal offense. Contact your local D.A. It is disgusting that scammers try to prey on us, and it is up to us to stop them.
