Macy's Macy's.com sent merchandise back no refund Wilmington, Delaware
Recently made a purchase on my Macy's card. was not what I wanted so called customer service to get label to send back.
was told I needed to send back to vendor(here I thought Macy's was the vendor,) they gave me address and made a trip to the post office to send back. sent package along with something else I was returningto another company. Got the tracking number and paid for
receipt so the person had to sign for the package. sent package back 2/20/2014 and checked a week or so later and the package had been picked up. So dumb me did not keep receipt any longer.Still no refund and Macy's wants proof that package was sent back, apparently person who signed for package did not let them know it was returned. I have tried customer service so much I am just tired of it they don't know what they are doing and I keep getting cut off or they person I am trying to talk to is completely inept.
I will never buy or order anything from macy's ever again(this was my first order on my credit card).Guess I am just out $67.00!!
