I have purchased and used a Magic Jack for telephone calls. Now I cannot connect to many phones and have been unable to get an explanation of any kind from Magic Jack. Four attempts today to resolve the issue on their chat line ended up with no help and agents just hanging up....refusing to give me a phone number or mailing address to file a complaint.

Will contact the attorney generals office for this state and hope that I can see problems that others are having. THIS is a real rip off.
