I was fresh out of college in January 2003 and looking for a job in Marketing. I came across Marketing Sessions profile on Careerbuilder.com. When I went for the intital interview there were 2 other people that were also there for an interview. The initial interview sounded very promising and in the right direction with my degree in Marketing. They called me in for a second interview and I drove around with an Account Manager all day. We got back to the office at 6:30pm and I was informed I got the job

My typical day started at 7AM and I drove around from business-to-business till 6:30pm. There were days where I only had 1 or 2 sales and only made a few $$. The most I would make in a week was around $400. They told me I need to enhance my skills so I can make more money. Michael Sessions would show us his paychecks where he would make $10,000 per week.

In an initial meeting all new employees were informed that we could not take time off of work even if we were sick, children were sick, etc.

One day I was extremely sick with a fever and extreme sore throat and had to take the day off to see the doctor. I was informed by my doctor I had MONO and STREP THROAT and to take a week off from work to get better. Everyday I called into the office to update them on my illness. I was told to get better. Then next Monday I reported to work and was pulled into a meeting. I was informed by Micheal Sessions and Pier (partner at the time) that I was unfit and not a good role model for the organization and was fired, even though I gave them a doctors note.

Every week I saw them fire at least 2 individuals and recruit more each day. There was a ladder that you have to climb in order to make it to the top and own your own business. MAJORITY of the people DO NOT make it pass the second tier.

This company is a SCAM!!! They give you broken promises, pyramid scam. If you go on a interview and hear everyone chanting in the next room, runaway as fast as you can.
