McAfee Stinks Internet

I tried to get help for an issue from McAfee- was sent from on the phone to an internet live chat. The first time, a helpful guy came on. Later in the day when another issue arose- your computer is not fully protected came up every hour for 2 days; I waited 45 minutes for live chat and never got anyone on the phone... they placed me on hold and after 30 min. I hung up.
Then Bincymol the live tech told me I could not have a refund or cancel my Internet Security Suite... I pasted my email stating I could have a refund as I had just purchased it that day trying to renew and then was allowed to get a refund and cancel my subscription.

I chose to go with (((competitor's name redacted))) as they are free and several companies reccommend avg to their customers (my friends also reccommend AVG).

I will never use McAfee again! They are frauds and don't give you the help you need and they don't know what they are allowed to do regarding refunds.
