media feed DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Media Feed is a complete scam! I paid $4.99 for supposed downloads for Garage Band. A week later they took another $70 out of my account without my knowledge or permission. I'v , Internet

Media Feed USA - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! 
On June 11th I paid $4.99 for supposed downloads for Garage Band. They arrived in rar format and I still haven't been able to get them into the Garage Band programme itself. I asked their so-called technical team for help but have never heard back from them. 
On June 18th they took another $69.99 from my account without my knowledge or permission for what they called a 'lifetime access account'. I have emailed them several times but again had no response. 
I never asked for a 'lifetime access' account. In fact, I didn't even visit their website after the initial payment of $4.99 so how could i have suddenly ordered a 'lifetime access'? 
I phoned my bank and I have sent a letter to their complaints department, but I don't expect a result. I have since gone onto the net and discovered dozens of other people who have experienced the same thing. They have no phone number and apparently their website is a scam. 
All in all, they have taken around $75 from my account for something I didn't ask for and can't even use. 
THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT!
