My oldest daughter started playing this game several months ago, as soon as it came out in the US. She soon talked me and my other children into playing as well. We were all very active players and together spent a considerable amount of money on cards and card boxes in order to enhance our game play. We were able to log in and out of our games in order for another family member to play their game. Having a separate device for each of our family members is just not financially possible so we were extremely excited to be able to play and know that when we upgrade or purchase new devices, our games could transfer over.

Well, after purchasing many cards and spending hundreds of hours as a family playing Fantasica, they suddenly changed the device rules. ALL devices now must be registered in order to trade or access your inbox. That means you can no longer play. You can't get items you win, trades with friends, cards you purchase....etc. That means ALL players WILL lose their games. I know lots a of players who have literally spent hundreds of dollars on cards before this stupid new device rule. We have all believed that our games could transfer to new devices and our games would be safe. Not so!

I believe this is fraud! They accepted our money THEN changed the rules, thus assuring the lose of the money previously spent! Also, those who were sharing devices to play on because they didn't have compatable phones or tablets, have already lost their games and items they spent real money on. Blatant fraud!

Lastly, I am very uncomfortable with the thought of Mobage having the registration info for my phone. Too much intrusion into privacy.

They don't even address concerns when I 've emailed them in a personal manner. Everything is a form letter sent days after initial contact. They will implode if they keep up this nonsense!

DeNA Co., Ltd. and Mobage

AUTHOR: Game name AliceNChians - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 09, 2012

I spent a lot of time in this game Blood Brothers owned by DeNA Co., Ltd. as well. Spending well over $200 to play this game which is supposed to be free to play...but in order to be a leader on the boards you must purchase items from Mobage, to stay in the top 200 or you do not receive the prize. The real kicker to this game is this, if you make a purchase to Mobage to stay on top at your own expense, you receive your purchase 8 hours to 7 days later. By this time you have fallen in the ranks. Not to mention the last event in the Blood Brothers game was exploited and no refunds were given.

Example:
I was ranked number 1 three times from the beginning of the event, woke up the next morning, to find myself at rank 130, then within a matter of hours I was ranked at 170. I bought Mobage coins to get back down to 130 a total of 5 BIG purchases, to get my rank back to 130. Within a few hours I was at rank 170 again, bought more Mobage coins to get back to 130, it took all five purchases to do this! Then took the 6th purchase to do it again! Few hours later I reported to Mobage and Google game That there must be an exploit, its hard to loose that much rank in that length of time. There reply was "Contact the game developer" which is DeNA Co., Ltd. (I did) They never responded back! So I continued to rough out the game, keep in mind that with all these purchase, (I have made at this time there is a total of 8 purcahse by now) to get my rank to stay at 130. woke up this morning 11/9/12 and find my rank at 180+. I contacted Mobage and they have not responded at all. I ask them to refund some of my waiting time, that took receiving my order (8 hours to 7 days at a time). Still no response from them.

Right now I set with:
Rank 180+ (only way to get ahead is to by more Mobage coins)
I have no more prizes left as rewards to claim as the event rewards goes on)
I am over three million close to four million total points achieved for this for the event.
At this point the way the game is done waiting on orders to arrive..etc. The main reward is slipping away. DeNA Co., Ltd. drops you in rank purposely to make your purchase more Mobage coins, and chanfges the event to double points and makes it even harder to hold your rank, so that you buy more Mobage coins. Total TOTAL SCAM!

I want in on this lawsuit if it happens (this is a Class A Lawsuit). Please Email me at anytime! This game is a total scam!
