Mobile Messenger is a very good company in that it is very successful at several things.
1. scamming innocent people
2. covering their tracks legally
3. pretending like they are a legitamate company
This is how one person described mobile messenger:
"www.mobilemessenger.us These guys have got to be one of the worst offenders... if u go to google or any other site and type in free ringtone, you will be sure to see 50% of the free ringtone advertisements that appear, to be owned by an Australian company called Mobile Messenger or, if not, for sure will be one of Mobile Messenger's customers. They are the guys that have all the delivery technology and the marketing materials that lure people in with the fake ringtone scam. In fact the way that they get this past the carriers like cingular and sprint's approval process, is to use 'stealth web landing pages' and only show the carriers the 'official' landing pages. Then then have hundreds of these pages all over the web luring in consumers that are taking up the free ringtone offer, and only 10% of these pages are actually abiding by Cingular and sprints rules. The consumer then finds out a month later that they have been paying $20 per month for something they never received. Mobile Messenger are the 3rd fastest company in Australia.. and the 2nd biggest company on volumes for these premium txts in the U.S ... We are talking revenues in the hundreds of millions here... They have 3 sales people... and 49 people handling the complaints from angry consumers!!! The ratio does not really add up too well huh??. Here is the number of the CEO, Steve Taylor if anyone wants to ask him why he is running this scam operation +61414 360565. Mqube are also just as bad as these guys... they allow them to get away with it day after day after day..."
So Mobile Messenger, how does the general public see you? We all know how you see yourself, but what's really important is that you are providing a "service" that very few people actually want.
