Montage Furniture Services Denial of claim. Grand Rapids Michigan

I paid $200.00 for a 5 year warranty to protect my sofa from household stains and structural defects. Today , just after one year of purchasing this plan from Ashleys Furniture, I am being told that I am not covered under the warranty. This is a ripoff. I am making a claim based on what I was told and read at the time of purchase. This seems to be a bogus company. I have paid far less for a similar type of warranty which covers a lot more than what this company claims to cover from a different company and they respond very promptly to ALL claims. 

They sell it through Ashley Furniture ( no connection other than business) . 

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PLAN. ITS EXPENSIVE AND THEY DO NOT HONOR IT.
