Montage Furniture Services MFS WHAT DO THEY COVER? Not much. Don't buy their warranty grand rapids, Michigan  Nationwide

I purchased a few bedroom pieces from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Concord, CA. In addition, I also purchased the 5-year extended warranty at the same time ("Peace Of Mind Premium Combo" from Montage, Inc. DBA Montage Furniture Services").

Well I have to say that I WILL NEVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AGAIN. Especially from Montage. Check this out.

The repairman contracted by Montage came to fix my problem, but in the process of that fix he CREATED A WHOLE NEW PROBLEM related to drawer alignment and the drawer glide. Well the repairman said that he could only repair what was on the original workorder and he would submit a new workorder request for the PROBLEM HE JUST CAUSED. Well Montage said repeatedly that THEY DON'T COVER DRAWER GLIDES. HA! Yup, even if THEIR OWN REPAIRMAN CAUSED THE PROBLEM. Everybody repeat after me ... S-O-L

There was another problem on the same piece where a drawer was rubbing against the wood above it. Well you'll never guess ... THAY ALSO DON'T COVER "DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP"!!!!  You gettin what I'm layin down here?

So they say they cover "breakage", "stains", "liquid rings", etc. and even "gouges, dents, scratches, or chips that penetrate the finish ... ". Well I had an accumulation of gouges and scratches on my nightstand that I eventually made a warranty claim for. Ok, here we go again, you'll never guess .... they won't cover it because I didn't call each time a gouge or scratch appeared (essentially, I let them accumulate)!

Talk about doing EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO NOT HONOR A WARRANTY CLAIM! This is the ABSOLUTE worst case I've ever experienced. Evasive doesn't even come close to my experience with Montage. Needless to say I DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANY WARRANTY PURCHASE FOR MONTAGE, AT ALL ... EVER. I can't believe Montage still has clients, that is being that they don't actually approve any claims and service the customers.
