They bought our mortgage from the original company a couple of years ago. They keep trying to forclose, failing to mark up payments, sending notices that no payment received when we know check has been cashed.

no help from customer service, one told me that perhaps my payment was "shredded" when I sent in two at one time. It wasnt, they cashed the money order! still no luck in fixing it, or finding out what happened to OUR money in THIER system.

Now house is under contract for sale, they are coming up with all sorts of fees that we never heard of before giving the final price. HElp? anyone else had trouble with them? who regulates them? They claim not to know. LAWYERS?
