Does anyone know HOW to get INTO Wilshire's website to gain access loan information? I'm in the process of refinancing and have been checking my account frequently to make sure my payments are being credited and keeping an eye on the balance. It seems that they changed their web address and website beginning of the year and since then I am unable to check my info.......a pop up message states my account is blocked and I have no access. I even tried starting another account.
When I checked in November of 2007 I had to make another password/username - which is something that they request ever couple of months. We are less than 30 days away from closing and I want to make sure my balance owe is what it is and not what THEY want it to be!
I smell a rat that's getting larger and larger!!

I have been blocked from having access to view my account online by this company! When I phoned them to inquire what's going on, they gave me the run around. For over two weeks I've played phone tag (I call get transfered to another rep, leave message for this customer service rep, call again and get transferred to different CSR, leave message........etc.). I've sent numerous letters asking for my balance......I even sent certified mail letters requesting my account balance only to have them NOT get signed for.
