Order placed in August.  Shipped partial order.  Was told for three months that other items were backordered.  I finally told them to cancel the order and issue refund.  They will not reply.  No email replies, there is no live person on their phone line.  The phone number directs you to the website.  I have filed compaints with mulitple outlets to no avail.  DO NOT order from this business.

If you have ordered from them recently, try to call your credit card company and file a claim. Many credit card companies offer coverage for this type of fraud.   I did this but I called on day 122 of my order being processed and there was a 120 statute of limitations.
