MotherNature is a fraudulent outfit. I placed a small order on November 17th, 2011. They immediately billed my credit card. Then, the dreaded "Warehouse Processing" label was slapped up when checking on my order. I've written several times and no response.

So, this is what I did. I contacted the New York Better Business Bureau and formally filed a complaint. While I was there, I researched MotherNature (aka My Health Pro) and found numerous complaints of the same nature, as well, numerous non-responses from them to the BBB. However, the BBB is still working on it for me ... I have to give them credit.

Secondly, I called my credit card company and reported it as a fraudulent charge. I mailed them screen captures of the site and their policies as well as info on my non-filled order. They are actually following up on it. This is all a hassle, but I find it to be worth it.

I am experiencing the same thing everyone else out there is. Get even by following my path of filing a complaint with the BBB as well as contact your credit card company.

By the way, their order cancellation policy is non-existent ... once it's "warehouse processing," you cannot cancel your order according to them. They are bad, evil people ... stay away from them ... never order anything. DO report them, however. What goes around comes around!
