Motor Vehicle Services Scam letters St Louis Missouri

Pressure sales tactics.
Letter does not include corporation address.
Probably received my information due to a recent online car insurance price comparison on a compare.com.
Contacted the number on letter on 10 November 2015 at 18:05 EST and was advised by agent named Justin that the location is in St Louis Missouri but he refused to give me any further detail and continued to mock me when I stated that it was illegal for him to withhold that information (the location). He hung up on me.
The purpose of these letters is to scare people into paying for an "extended warranty" on their vehicles.
Personally, I purchased my vehicle in Canada and imported it with me to the USA and am very well aware about the warranties involved.

I've filed a complaint with the BBB but it seems they already have 15 complaints against them and nothing's been done, so I'll probably send my complaint onto the attorney general's office.

Please be careful whenever you receive anything in the mail or by email and phone!
