My Family Mobile Unable to make Payment over phone or online Internet

 I went to a Family Mobile store inside a local Walmart and bought a phone. They said I would be able to use a PayPal reader with it when I asked. I returned it in a week when my new reader was not compatible with the phone. After much termoil and trouble. I got my money back for the phone.

About a week later I received a bill for the short service I had for a little over $18.00. I called to make a payment and they wanted to charge me $5.00 to do over phone. I refused and they said I could do it online to keep from being charged the extra.

I attempted to do online but could not complete due to it said "not a valid phone number" (that's because I no longer have the phone with them!). So I called back and explained I couldn't do it over online since I no longer have the phone, which it stated on the bill that I could.

I asked them to waive the 5.00 since it was not my fault I couldn't do it online. He checked with his manager, and said no! So I refused to make over phone and pay an additional 5.00 for a situation that was not my fault.
