National Legal Associates my home was foreclosed on st. Pteersburg Florida

 Where do I begin? This started on October 17, 2012. I needed help in getting a loan modification and was unable to get my mortgage to help us in this matter. I was contacted by National Legal Associates and was told that a lawyer would be in touch with me. I dont remember her last name but her first name was Diane. I had a heck of a time getting my information to fax over to them but was helped by Kayla and was able to get all their information. Now I was told to write the attorney that Nation Star Mortgage was working with to let them know who I was being represented by. I did as I was told and I waited to hear from them. I was told it could take 6 to 8 months for a final decision to be made in regards to our loan. The day after Memorial Day I was informed that our home was being foreclosed on and I had less then a month to get someone to help us. I tried to contact this Diane and ask what was going on however the number I had for her just rang and rang. I also contacted the other number to find that it was out of service.

Here my husband lost over $3000.00 and lost our home to what scammers? Why is there nothing that anyone can do for us? I believe that we are not the only ones that was taken for money and to make things worse have lost our home. Why is there no help for us consumers to go after these people and make them pay for their crime. I have contacted my state attorneys generals office as well as my senators office, but no word yet from them. I just want some help in getting what we should get back and maybe get some satisfication if some kind of jutice is done.
