Do not attempt to purchase this at all! What I found is a credit card nightmare! If you do, the company now has your credit card # and will continue to bill even after you cancel. The phone # given, no one will answer. I tried to resolve this after the 1st bill that showed up on my credit card of 79.95. The website is very deceiving and they then added for some type of so called lifestyle counseling of 29.95 per month along with another charge of 2.95. I called my credit card company and complained and they gave me several different toll free #'s that appeared on the bill. I could not get anyone to answer at any number at anytime. I tried different days of the week and different times. No one ever answered. I finally tried the so called 800 number on the receipt again and after a 20 minute wait found a live body. The women on the other end proceeded to put me on hold at least 5 times trying to make me keep the product then said she would stop the payment taking from my credit account. After several arguments with her, she finally agreed to credit my account for the 29.95 and the 2.95 charges. Then I was put on hold again and had to wait for a supervisor for 10 minutes because I was still arguing about the charges of 79.95 and then they shipped another bottle of natures acai berry to me and charged me 85.91. There was 2 other items also charged to my account called bromalie and some type of tea. The bill is now over 300.00. To make it perfectly clear at that point I was furious! The supervisor said of course she could not credit my account (even though they send you a mailing label for return) with the product. I Told them I was turning them into the credit card company for unauthorized purchases and am going to turn them into the better business bureau for investigation. I also said I would go out on a website and post a warning to everyone that maybe interested in purchasing this product. I hung up on the supervisor and later she called me back saying that she would now credit my credit card with for the 79.95 and 85.91. I have still not seen a credit on my credit card, will hold my breath. In the meantime, will have the credit card company dispute the charges. Just forewarning anyone thinking of buying this product, BUYER BEWARE!!
