on 11-25-13 my card was use in chester va& woodbrida va on 12-02-13& alexandria va and liive in oklahoma whin i call about my money tha was taking off my card it was lick oh no you use your card there so i say can i get a police report they say you dont have to $4.19 & $8.64 & $105.02 then they say they are not going to give my money back

NetSpend NetSpend was very disrespectful first of all second of all they lie. Like for example they told me today November 28th that my SSA benefits were going to be in for December in the automated system said November 29th and they kept on saying that the earliest date we would get SSA is the 28th and I spoke to somebody and they said they were going to have their supervisor fixed the automated system to say the 28th of November and they never did it.
