Netspend Deceptive Practices with Prepaid Debit Cards Internet

I purchased a $10.00 debit card from Cash America Pawn in Orlando, FL. Not only did they add finance charge to this debit card but when I called to activate the card I was told that I needed to provide my social security number, address, telephone and every personal information just to get the money on the card and now I cannot get my $9.00 (Because they automatically deduct $1.00) for fees. So bottom line is if you do not provide personal information then you won't get your money. I am filing a formal complaint with at attorney general against both companies.
