nettalk no customer support, no answer to emails or repair tickets,phone either not in service or site only Nationwide
Either unable to get help or any reply at all. Paid for renewal and the one time I was able to get someone on live chat they stated I did not pay for renewal, bank sent funds on 7/14/14. If you call their number for a problem either not in service or message says go on their web site. Sent 30 emails and repair ticket and no reply. Can not get fax number so my bank can show that they were paid for renewal. Even though I paid $39.98 they cut my phone off.
