Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
NetZero has built in obsolescence in their software CD. You can only load it two times. And their help platform will not assign a new or temporary password if you click "forgot password" To download the software, or get a new password or to get tech support you must enter a credit card. Wheither it is their fault or not you will be charged. No amount of argument will result in them crediting your credit card. They apparently make their money from tech support. And their internet serevice is not high speed as advertised. It is dial up and slow.
