I placed over 600.00 in orders with Nomorerack.com and their guarantee was a strong one, if you place your order before Dec 10th, they guaranteed the order would be delivered. I had placed my orders well in advance and I continued to check on several orders and they say in processing, or had tracking numbers that didn't work?

I contacted them several times, they continued to reassure me that the items were being processed and would be delivered. I continued to watch as I was worried as they were Christmas gifts. Each time I reached out to this Company, the same response " your order is still processing" Really?

Weeks went by and no delivery and since these were Christmas gifts, as I had surgery and thus the reason I ordered through them, I had no choice but to give cash as I had No Gifts for my recipients! In the meantime, I continued to reach out and each time I recieved the same response " Your order is processing" we aim to please as we go above and beyond? At this time, I called, phones busy out, I went to live chat, not available? I could only email!

Finally, I recieved a response, they refunded me and gave me an extra 5.00 and I was shocked! I had been dealing with a CSR, who told me that they were as upset with the vendors and that they kept getting the same response from the vendors! She assured me that the all the items were being processed.

She said that she would refund me, plus she gave me a 5.00 credit, which never happened untill numerous emails and that I would get what was Guaranteed! I knew they took too many orders, they shouldn't have made a Guarantee that if you placed your order before Dec 10th, your items would be delivered. How can you make a promise like that and everytime I emailed, I continued to received the same response, different Rep, we have refunded you and it appears your item has been lost in transit?

How can all my items, being shipped by different vendors, be lost? each email, which was a stock email and they filled in the blanks, with what they refunded, had the same response- Your item appears to be lost but we are refunding you and should it come, you can keep it? How can that happen to each one of the items not delivered?

My Daughter ordered boots in Nov, from them and they stated the same thing! Your boots are still in processing! Really? One month later, she was refunded and guess what? They are still processing and they refunded her and sent the same response- It appears it lost in transit? along with We aim to go above and beyond as Customer Service is our number one goal! Really? this is Customer Service?

I am still fighting for what was promised to me! I was Guaranteed that my 4 pairs of Boots would be delivered! I would be refunded and the items would be delivered and thats what I expect. I had ordered these for Christmas gifts and had to replace the gifts! Is this what you call a good Company?

Nomorerack should be ashamed of themselves! They clearly took more orders than they could handle. They wouldn't answer the phone, chat and the only option was email? Hide behind a email and send a generic response! I had major surgery and ordered from nomorerack with the belief of their Guarantee!

So, do whats right, send out the items and respond with a real person who actually reads the email that we send. Don't send us a generic response and state you refunded us and had I not of gone through ALL my orders, check each one, I wouldn't have been refunded because your Company didn't inform me!

Beware to anyone ordering from this nomorerack.com, I strongly suggest you order from someone you trust because they are nothing but a internet store who can't handle the volume and if you don't check yourself, you won't be informed by them. This Company is a scam! Check your Credit cards for a refunds!

This Company should be put out of Business! They steal your money and don't deliver. They won't give you the CEO name, if they actually have one? I will continue to inform everyone I know about the way they conduct business. I will never order from them again! They need to be put completely out of business and a law suit should be done. Your company is a complete Rip off and everyone needs to know.
