Ordered the Zeepad 10pc tablet on Jan. 4, 2014. Received item on the 12th, and found the item to be sub-par to say the least. Contacted company immediately and they emailed me the return label and instructions on Jan. 12, 2014. I sent the product out on Jan. 16, 2014, they received it on the 21s.
Then I receive an email stating that the vendor claims the returned merhandise had "missing" items. I emailed them back and asked exactly what was missing, even though I knew everything was returned. They are still refusing to answer my question, keep getting emails that claim my account has been "escalated" and I will receive my refund shortly.
As of today, Jan. 27, 2014, I still don't have my refund and they refuse to answer my email as to what is going on. I am totally frustrated and will do whatever I need to do to get my refund, even if I need to hire a lawyer. They can't continue to do this to honest consumers and get away with it.
Nomorerack.....you have one last chance to make this right before I contact my lawyer....REFUND MY MONEY NOW....
