Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

There is something everyone can do to get their money back & drive them out of their crooked business. Report Nomorerack to the Better Business Bureau!  They ripped off my sweet mom & she was so upset that she sent them several emails about not receiving a camera she ordered, even though they already charged her credit card. In addition, she ordered the Morracan Argon Oil at the same time & that was actually a tiny sample size, unlabeled!  She returned it demanding her refund but they refused & claimed they never got it, but asked her, the customer for the tracking info & POSTAL RECEIPT or they will not 'credit' her. What co does that??? Worse yet, the camera she ordered for me, never came & I emailed them pretending to be her (she was too fustrated from their run-aroiund generic emails). I asked them where the camera was because we are sending it back for a refund, and they ignored my questions & told me to "ship the camera back to them in order to receive the 'store credit'"!!! Unbelievable. I told them I NEVER received it!  Obviously they try to fustrate people who end up giving up.  I'm telling you to report them to the BBB & you will get everything back on your credit card!  We did it twice & they refunded her after the BBB contacted them. Tell them in the report you do not want to be credited with their junk, but want a FULL refund.  What they do is make money off people who don't do anything about the scam.  They don't have the products they advertise & if they do it is cheap & have no labels.  It's equivalent to a toy in the gumball machine.  Do not let them get a way with their crooked practice. If everyone goes through the BBB & gets their money back, they will go under.  It's a simple process & effective.

Same old phony generic response. See, Nomorerack, if you actually read my complaint, you'd see it was already taken care of. Myself & my family refuse to do business with or correspond with you.  Victims, file with BBB! Save your pockets & a headache.
